Over six sessions you will be introduced to an approach to health and well-being which emphasises the importance of looking at the whole person.

I will work with you to develop an individual plan whilst giving you a new set of skills to take away with you.

We will be working with meditation, breathing techniques, relaxation, nutrition, EFT, goal setting and cord cutting.

Fee: £40 per session.
